Account Manager, Global Partners, Hotel Enterprise Partnerships

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic Global Partners team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about establishing relationships, is proficient in using data to craft a story and is a self-starter willing to look for opportunities within our partnerships. In This Role You Will:

Support the Optimized Distribution program and drive chain relationships in Latin America through revenue optimization strategies.

Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key decision makers within our global hotel chain partner organizations
Lead monthly B2C and B2B business analysis, identifying opportunities to drive further product adoption and optimization and delivering monthly reporting.
Identify high revenue opportunities and make qualified recommendations to partners and EG leaders on specific markets and segments

Improve rate and availability competitiveness scores to drive business success

Lead troubleshooting, operational and compliance queries and improvement of B2C and B2B offering

Work with our culturally diverse extended global lodging team, to drive best practice sharing and internal and external education on key opportunities
Cross-collaborate with internal EG departments, including demand teams, analytics, competitive intelligence, and others to identify and pursue commercial opportunities

Experience and Qualifications:

A self-starter with a data-driven mindset and a track record of turning analysis into action, comfortable owning reporting end-to-end, spotting trends, and pitching ideas that move the needle on partner growth.

Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical focus or equivalent

5+ years of experience with account management, revenue management, business development and/or consulting
A strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
Knowledge of the hotel industry and B2B sales landscape

Excellent Analytical Skills: Demonstrate that you understand how to optimize strategies and revenue management to drive the right business. Show the ability and confidence to make informed decisions to prioritize business needs.

Relationship Management: You build positive external relationships to achieve desired trust and ultimately results. You can influence decision makers, think critically and embrace being a part of a team to achieve success.

Impactful Written & Spoken Communications in English and Spanish: You provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to internal and external partners. You convey, receive, and interpret ideas to present appropriate information to a diverse range of audiences.

Self- sufficient: You work autonomously on projects and are skilled at working with numbers and crafting a story. You are detail orientated and can think both strategically of the big picture as well as operate in the details.

Project Management & Leadership: You have strong project management and organizational skills. You will balance multiple tasks at a time and will need to prioritize effectively. You have a proven ability to successfully lead cross-functional teams in a diverse team environment.

Results-focused: You have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. You use your analytical skills and a driven curiosity to identify trends and ensuing business needs. You can develop and present insightful analysis and implement meaningful action plans based on the analysis.

The total cash range for this position in Miami is $127,500.00 to $178,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $204,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.


Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
